Specialist Clinical Care At Home 

Led by an experienced Nursing  team specialising in both paediatric and adult backgrounds.  Our team of Health Care Support workers support children and young people with complex needs in their own homes to feel comfortable, safe, respected but above all else empower them to make their own care decisions.  

Our team is highly skilled in caring for exceptional needs and providing the right care that meets  individual needs and outcomes for the young person.  Care procedures may  include medication, peg feeding, suction, oxygen and diabetes monitoring, seizure management, cough assist and tracheotomy care.   Health care support workers are classroom trained for all complex health interventions by a team or trained and experienced Nurses.
