My leadership team are not hidden away in tiers of hierarchy, they are who picks up the phone, they are who's at your door to see how it’s all going and they are who is there when you need us. We all know everyone by name and ensure that there is an open organisational culture with the wellbeing of our clients and staff at the centre".
