We are looking for support workers to work with siblings aged 6 and 8 in Paulsgrove.

This package is 8 hours a week.

Key Functions:

∙ To be assertive and observe health care changes
∙ Understand the clinical needs of the client and provide appropriate care in line with the care plan
∙You may need to provide personal care, manual handling and administer medication
